Anthony Davis and 8 (other) famous unibrows

Former Kentucky Wildcat star Anthony Davis is known for two things: his basketball skills and his unibrow. And he's about to get paid for both of them.

The towering hoops superstar attracts plenty of attention for both his height and his celebrity. Yet the first (okay, maybe second) thing people notice about the surefire top pick in Thursday night’s NBA Draft is neither of those attributes.

Instead, most folks find themselves staring not necessarily at his eyes, but rather between them.

For there, rests the greatest unibrow in the history of modern athletics. And, we remind you, Pete Sampras was a modern athlete.

Well, laugh all you want. The self-assured Davis will now be the one laughing all the way to the bank. And not just because he’s about to sign a multi-million dollar basketball contract.

The 19-year-old bigman is beating all of you to the punchline by trademarking a pair of phrases related to his brows, “Fear the Brow” and “Raise the Brow,” according to CNBC.

See, real men don't tweeze.

“I don’t want anyone to try to grow a unibrow because of me and then try to make money off of it,” said the hirsute hoopster. He also told CNBC he’s not going to be shaving the unibrow since “everyone’s talking about it.”

Well there goes that Gillette endorsement.
